These guided leadership hikes are designed to take people out of the normal classroom, office, or conference room and place them in an environment where leadership becomes real. On the trail, you have to manage your mindset, communicate clearly, keep moving when it gets uncomfortable, and make decisions with purpose.
Each hike combines physical challenge, guided reflection, and practical leadership lessons built around confidence, discipline, resilience, communication, and self-awareness. The goal is not just to reach a destination. The goal is to help each participant walk away stronger, clearer, and more prepared to lead in everyday life.
The mountains provide the setting. The leadership development is the mission.
Leadership on the Trail is built to create growth, connection, and a memory that lasts long after the hike is over.

This one-day leadership development experience is designed to help you gain perspective, strengthen discipline, and lead with clearer vision. Through guided reflection and trail-based leadership lessons, you’ll step away from distractions and focus on the kind of leader you are becoming. The iconic McAfee Knob view becomes the reward, but the real value is the growth you take with you.
This one-day leadership challenge is built to develop resilience, communication, and the ability to finish strong. As the trail pushes you physically and mentally, you’ll learn how to manage discomfort, encourage others, and keep moving with purpose. The cliffside view is memorable, but the leadership lesson is what lasts.
This one-day leadership challenge is designed to build courage, problem solving, and grit. As the trail tests you physically and mentally, you’ll learn how to stay focused under pressure, push through difficulty, and keep moving with confidence. The rugged terrain creates the challenge, but the real value is the leadership lessons learned along the way.
Every leadership hike is designed to stretch you physically and mentally. The trail gives you a real challenge that requires discipline, focus, and commitment. As you keep moving forward, you build the confidence that comes from doing something difficult and finishing what you started.
On the trail, leadership becomes active. You make decisions, communicate with others, manage your mindset, and encourage the people around you. These hikes turn leadership lessons into real-world experience through movement, reflection, and action.
Time on the trail gives you space to step away from noise, pressure, and everyday distractions. The quiet, the movement, and the natural setting help you think clearly, reconnect with your purpose, and return with a stronger mindset.
